Adam:

So how would you like to be on the worst podcast ever? This is our first attempt of the absolute worst podcast only because Ronnie's been sick under the weather. We're doing this from home. We're trying our new Ecamm Live and I have no idea what's going to happen from here. How you doing Ronnie.

Ronnie:

I'm doing way better. I almost pulled a Pedro, really. Yeah, you remember what Pedro did when he got sick. Yeah sort of no, oh, he got hot, remember.

Adam:

And so he shaved his head.

Ronnie:

Well, I wasn't going to shave my head, I almost shaved off the whole beard. I was so frustrated with feeling crummy and this was just bugging me and I just I almost shaved it all off, just right there.

Adam:

So when you feel better, you need to go where I went to today.

Ronnie:

Nice. How does it feel to see that Nice shave?

Adam:

Yeah, it's been an hour giving me a haircut and a shave. The whole work, geez. Can't tell you. I can't tell you, oh, why not? I just can't. Don't want to hurt anybody's feelings, anyways. So I'm Adam Ogan.

Ronnie:

And I'm Ronnie Topti.

Adam:

And this is 5-Hicor Tech. So, ronnie, what is the most awesome thing we were getting ready to do today?

Ronnie:

The most awesome thing we were getting ready to do today.

Adam:

And we decided not to do it for a couple more weeks. Oh, the giveaway. And there it is. You can't, ronnie can't see it, but I got a close-up. These are the things we're going to give away, but we're not going to do it for a couple weeks. We got really busy. Why? Because we just don't have time to manage it, and a couple weeks we'll announce it and then the week after that we'll do it.

Ronnie:

But why are you busy?

Adam:

Why am I busy? Well, we were out of town, a lot of work came up, but the thing that made me the busiest was I demoed the AppleVision Pro.

Ronnie:

That's not why Kids are going on a cruise. I'm talking about the cruise.

Adam:

I know I didn't want to divulge it. Oh, I'm going on a cruise, going on a cruise, I'm on vacation. I'm on vacation, all right.

Ronnie:

But no one cares about that. Everyone does care about the Vision Pro. You got to test it. I want to hear. I want to hear.

Adam:

Yes. So I got to test it and I was reluctant to go. I even asked him if I can videotape it. I said, oh sure, the guy didn't know. And, poor guy, he apologized and he said you know? That manager came over and said, yeah, you can't tape it. You know you're doing it and I'm like, ok, that's fine.

Adam:

But then I tried it, went through the full demo, 30 minutes long 3D. Alicia Keys standing there it's like I'm sitting in front of her. This was the most awesome thing I think I've ever done to this day. I can't see anybody getting any further than this right now. This was fantastic. I highly recommend. Even if you're not going to buy it and you want to try it, this is the best place to do it, because they have the lenses for your glasses, they have everything you need to be able to see this and work it perfectly, and they show you how to work it. Basically, you just if you've seen anything, you're just looking straight, straight, basically, at an icon and then you just do this. That's it. That's how you double click it, so to speak.

Ronnie:

Just touch your fingers together.

Adam:

You can have them up here, you can have them over here, you can have them down here, it doesn't matter where you have them, it's just amazing. So I took my dad and my wife over and they couldn't believe it either.

Ronnie:

They got to try it too.

Adam:

Yes, they got to demo it and so I came that close in the buying I was going to say where is it, when is it? So here it is Not.

Adam:

I don't have one here. It is not Starts at 35. I needed some lenses. He did the warranty tax $4,500. We're getting ready to build on our property. We're gonna be talking about that soon and I just couldn't do it. I just couldn't do it, but it was amazing. I mean, just go to Apple's website. I'll try to provide a link on the YouTube description for this podcast video directly to the demo area. Sign up to do a demo. Find the closest Apple store to you, do a demo. I don't think it'll go bad for you.

Ronnie:

Leo, you said something to me that was interesting. You said, because we've been reading on the internet, that they're all sold out, can't get any done. But you said at the store that they only advertise it. However, they have their own postcard.

Adam:

They have them in stock. They had all three models in stock the 256, the 512 and the one terabyte, and you can get them right there. I could have picked it up right then and there. So what do you think they need that? Unless you go in, you're not gonna know about it. So that's a little trick. They got them in stock. They may go out. If it does go out, it could take up to six weeks to get it.

Ronnie:

Wow.

Adam:

Yeah.

Ronnie:

And of course, not all stores may be out, but the store you were in had one, so that's pretty cool yeah it was in San Antonio North Star Mall store.

Adam:

Very nice people. They took their time. My dad is 80 years old. They spent plenty of time with him. He just couldn't believe it. He was like, wow, you know it's a hefty price though, but is it worth it? I think it is. I think I really, I really really think it is. If you're not moving a lot of money around and you got some extra money laying around or you feel like financing it, you got an Apple Card you could finance it. I think they said 0% financing on that it's worth it. I just don't have the time for it and my money's gonna be tied up. Running electrical is gonna be found out. It's gonna cost us somewhere between $10 and $15,000.

Ronnie:

So that's the first step To get power to you.

Adam:

Yeah, to get power. So it's. I really need to be careful with my money. I wish I could have shown it to you guys. I could have done everything as it comes out, because I think it would have been worthwhile. It was really incredible.

Ronnie:

So you said something else that was interesting too, which was it can connect to my Android Somehow it can't connect to the Android.

Adam:

It can do something on the Android. I don't remember what they said, but because it's solely like an iPad, like an iPhone, it's its own operating system, it's its own thing. You can hook up to your Wi-Fi on your phone. If you've got a oh, I can't even think of the name of it today it could definitely hook up to the Wi-Fi of your phone when you're using your personal hotspot. But I think you said it could do something else, so you'll have to actually check on that.

Ronnie:

Huh, someone with Android needs to go and demo it and see how it works with Android.

Adam:

Well, it won't. It doesn't work with my phone. It works with their demo phone, so they can tell you about it, but you're not going to be able to test it. They only do so many things that you can do with it, gotcha, yeah, yeah. So did you hear that Walmart bought Vizio TVs?

Ronnie:

Really.

Adam:

Yeah.

Ronnie:

What does that mean?

Adam:

I don't know exactly what that means, but it's an incredible purchase for them. It's going to be absolutely amazing for them. Hopefully it stays in line and they keep the product going well. I'm hoping they will Give them a line of TVs. It'll be Vizio TVs by Walmart. Who knows if they'll go anywhere else. Hopefully they sell them at Best Buy still. But to keep competition. But we'll see. Yeah, overall I think it's still one of my favorite TVs. I've got a Samsung. On the other side of this wall I've got an LG right next to me. I like my Vizio's better. I think they're easier to deal with, correct Much more easier.

Ronnie:

Interesting.

Adam:

Well, I'm going on a cruise.

Ronnie:

We're going to do, hopefully, the same thing on the cruise You're going to take us on a tour of the boat.

Adam:

I'm going to tour the boat. I'm going to look at all the technology and bring that back. Separate from the podcast. I'm also going to do a long video, a full walkthrough. I'm going to do a full walkthrough of the suite that we're in and maybe a few others that my friends are in. We're going to do a walkthrough like nobody that I have not seen on any of the ships. I think a little bit better than some of the YouTube videos that are out there, but the ones I've seen are pretty darn good. But I think I can do better when it comes to the technology and how you can press Is the ship you're going on.

Ronnie:

it's not its maiden voyage.

Adam:

No, I think it's like it's not its maiden voyage. It's the Carnival Jubilee and it'll be probably its 8th, 10th trip.

Ronnie:

Oh really.

Adam:

Something like that.

Ronnie:

They're doing some sort of celebration about the boat while you're on it, right?

Adam:

No, that's this week, not for me. Yeah, it's this week. So friends of mine are on it and, oh, can't think of her name from no doubt. Pink. No, pink is pink. Oh, gwen Stefani. Gwen Stefani, we heard Emerald was on there, since it was the inaugural voyage, and we missed it. We didn't know we were going to be on that cruise, but we had to make a change because we had some something going on this last weekend. So we had, we had to all make a change, but one of my friends stayed and she got to see it all her husband. So pretty cool, pretty cool. So we'll see. We'll see what happens and we'll come out with a lot more YouTube videos and some more to show in the podcast and talk about, and we'll go from there.

Ronnie:

Cool.

Adam:

You got anything else? I don't think so. So I think we're going to just cut this one short and we'll see on the next one. Sounds like a plan, all right, thank you.
